After you've moved in
You've moved in. The boxes are everywhere. There are still a handful of things to sort that future-you will thank present-you for handling now.
Most websites stop at completion. They shouldn't. The first three months after move-in is when you sort the housekeeping that protects your investment and your family long-term. None of it is urgent, but all of it is important, and if it doesn't get done in the first three months, it usually doesn't get done at all.
Sort the housekeeping
Congratulations, you've bought a house, taken out the biggest debt of your life, and (hopefully) protected your family along the way. The last thing to do is breathe. Then put a diary reminder for 6 months before your fixed rate ends. Future-you will be glad.
When you've worked through everything in this stage, mark it complete to track your overall progress.
